Worix Capital Investments is the investment arm of James Worix Company Ltd. Co. We acquire businesses and form strategic partnerships with their owners, providing capital, infrastructure, and the kind of long-term commitment that actually moves the needle.
We are selective about who we choose to partner with and acquire. Every business in our current portfolio was chosen deliberately, and each one receives a real investment of time, resources, and attention — not just capital. When a business joins our portfolio, it gains the support of every other company under our umbrella.
We measure success by whether the people inside the business are earning more, building more, and growing alongside the company — not by whether the balance sheet can cover a new exotic car.
We have acquired businesses with very little revenue and businesses doing seven figures. The stage matters far less than the people behind it. We are highly selective, with most of our deals coming from referrals from existing partners. We are however always open to discussion with the right opportunity.
